Description :
A company having share capital can commence any business or exercise any borrowing powers only after filing a declaration in form INC-21.

Prerequisites :
1.DSC (Digitally Signed Certificate) Registration.
2.Specimen signature in form INC-10 is available.
3.Certificate of Registration is issued by the RBI (Only in case of Non-Banking Financial Companies)/ from other regulators if required
4.Director and practicing professional has certified that the requirements of the Company Act 2013 in this respect have been compiled with.
Payment Details :
Applicant will be asked to pay a nominal eBiz transaction fee while submitting the form on eBiz portal. Application fee, as sent by MCA21, will have to be made once the form is accepted by the MCA department.
Service Window :
Applicant can apply for Certificate of Commencement of Business at any time within 180 days from the date of incorporation of the company.
Processing Steps :
Application, once submitted will flow through the following status before the request is completed. Applicant can use this information to track the status of application.

4.Payment Done successfully.
