How To Get Fitness?

For every vehicle which Commercial, it is essential for a vehicle owner to have a fitness certificate for his/her vehicle from concerning Regional Transport Department (RTO). Online Fitness/Noc System works only for Commercial Vehicles.

For a new vehicle the Fitness certificate is issued for two years for Transport Vehicles (Commercial Vehicles). On expiry of the same it is renewed for next one year within in one month from the date of expiry.

Enrollment of Fitness Certification is divided into two parts :
Fitness Renewal :
This sub-application will ‘renew’ the Fitness Registration Number which are already issued and are expired as per the grace period and will get the validity for 1 year.

Fitness Duplicate :
This sub-application will provide duplicate Fitness certificate for the vehicle owner who lost their original fitness certificates and need a duplicate one. Applicant will visit our site and apply for duplicate by using Fitness-Duplicate. Application will not accept number which is expired, so in that case user first have to renew it and can apply for Duplicate Certificate.

3. TD DUE MP04HA3086 – It would return tax amount due on the vehicle as on date.
4. TD ENG K01LM654017 – It would return Owner Name, Issued on and Type, Class of vehicle, Manufacturing date, and Engine and Chassis Number.

5. TD CHS K01LF662879 – It would return Owner Name, Issued on and Type, Class of vehicle, Manufacturing date, and Engine and Chassis Number.
6. TD PER MP04HA3086 It would return Permit Type, Number,Issued By and its validity.

7. TD FIT MP04HA3086 – It would return Certificate Number , Issued on, and its Validity It would return a single record i.e. Latest Fitness Record available at System

About Us :
The Transport department functions under the provisions of section 213 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. The Transport Department is primarily established for enforcement of the provisions of Motor Vehicles Act,1988, Madhya Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act,1924 (Amended 1993) and the rules framed under these two Acts.

Functions of Madhya Pradesh Transport

Here are the steps on how to get an NOC (No Objection Certificate) online in Madhya Pradesh:
1. Go to the Parivahan website: https://parivahan.gov.in/
2. Click on the “NOC Related Services” tab.
3. Select the “NOC for Transfer of Vehicle” option.
4. Enter your vehicle registration number.
5. Enter your date of birth.
6. Click on the “Submit” button. The website will display your vehicle details. If your vehicle is eligible for an NOC, you will be able to proceed with the NOC application process.
7. Click on the “Apply Now” button.
8. Enter your personal details, such as your name, date of birth, and address.
9. Enter the details of the person you are transferring the vehicle to, such as their name, date of birth, and address.
10. Upload a scanned copy of your vehicle registration certificate.
11. Upload a scanned copy of your ID proof.
12. Pay the NOC application fee online.
13. Submit your application.

You will receive an acknowledgement number on your registered mobile number once your application is submitted. You can track the status of your application by entering the acknowledgement number on the Parivahan website.

** The NOC application fee for a vehicle in Madhya Pradesh is Rs. 500.
