How To Apply For Grant of Conductor Licence?

To apply for Grant/Renewal of Conductor Licence in Tamil Nadu, Follow the below procedure

Eligibility

** Applicant should be 18 years old.
** He should have passed SSLC or Equivalent.
** Should write and read in Tamil.
** Should know the duties of a Conductor.

Documents Required For Grant/ Renewal Of Conductor Licence

Documents to be given at the time of Grant/ Renewal of Tamil Nadu Conductor Licence
** Application in Form CLA
** Medical Certificate in Form MCC
** Secondary School Leaving Certificate
** First Aid Certificate
** Proof of Address
** Passport size photos 2 copies
** PROOF OF AGE (any one of the following to be produced)
** Birth Certificate
** School Certificate
** Passport
** LIC Policy
** Affidavit given by the Magistrate (or) Notary Public
** Certificate given by Civil Surgeon

Amount of Fees payable :
** Book Form – Rs.50/- + Rs.20/- = Rs.70/-
** Laminated type Licence – Rs.50/- + Rs.100/- = Rs.150/-
** Service charge – Rs.50/-
