Motor Insurance Claim Process​​​​​​ :
We aim to make car/bike insurance claim process as smooth as possible for your convenience.

Here’s how car/bike insurance claim submission process works :
Step 1 : Register your motor insurance​ claim by calling our Toll free Helpline no. 1800 3009 as soon as the claim occurs.
Step 2 : Take your vehicle to any of our authorized network garages for repair. Submit the require documents to the surveyor.

Step 3 : Company confirms liability
Step 4 : If you opt for cashless facility, get your vehicle repaired by our company-authorised garages. We will settle the repair bills directly with the garage up to the amount payable

Step 5 : In case you do not opt for cashless facility, you have to pay for the repair charges. You can then submit the bills and claim form to the surveyor/company for settlement
Step 6 : Vehicle Delivery

Health Claims :
To provide prompt claims servicing to you we have appointed Third Party Administrator (TPA) duly licensed by IRDA. We also directly serve our customers through Reliance Health Claims Management Team

Travel Claims :

  • Dear Sir/Madam,

    On 17/01/2026, accidentally my scooty slipped and the front panel and mudguard was scratched. I reported the same at SAMAR MOTORS workshop located at Chand Bagh, Delhi-110053.

    As it was Saturday I was asked to leave the Scooty at their premises on Monday i.e. 19/1/2026, for Insurance. I did the same and left the Scooty at the workshop on 19/1/2026 alongwith all the relevant papers like Driving Licence, Crossed Cheque, Copy of Registration Certificate, Copy of Reliance General Insurance and also applied for the same on Mobile App. Selfi. My Claim filing No. is 31260XXXXX.

    The attending lady at SAMAR MOTORS told me that the file has been made and surveyor will survey the damage condition of the Scooty. After Survey the attendant lady called me and said that the Claim for the New parts that is for Right Panel has been approved by the Surveyor. My Scooty was repaired but I was told that the damaged parts were replaced with the new one and I have been charged for the New Parts.

    The attendant of the service center called me on 6/2/2026 and asked me to collect the scooty from the service center after making the payment i.e. Rs.2735/-

    I asked her that the amount of the claim has still not been credited in my account. She told me that the amount of the claim comes after some time but till date the amount of the claim has not been credited in my account.

    The Attendant of the Service Center misguided me and I do now know whether she has charged for the New Part or the Repaired Part Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

    You are also requested to kindly process the insurance claim and send the amount in my account.
