The overall daily limit for all financial transactions except E-payment of taxes but including RTGS / NEFT transactions is Rs. 10 Lakhs.

So please be ware. You should know how to operate Net Transactions and if you are not familiar, you may refrain from doing so.

You may seek Bank’s guidance in this regard. Bank is not responsible for online transactions going wrong.

Access to the Bank’s Internet Banking is available for authorised users only and is being monitored.

Kindly enter your user id and password with utmost care as wrong tries will block your account as per the Bank’s policy.

Avoid fraudulent communications asking for your User Id, Password, Credit / Debit Card No, Account No., etc. as Bank will never send such communications to you asking for your personal/confidential data. Kindly access the link for internet banking through the Bank’s official website and not through any other links provided in emails/third party websites.

We shall also not be responsible for wrong transactions and wanton disclosure of details by you. Viewing option and transaction option on the net are different. You may exercise your option diligently.

Dena I-Connect( Internet Banking) is the Internet Banking Service provided by Dena Bank for the customers of its Core Banking (CBS) Branches. Net-Banking is the most comfortable channel for you to experience round the clock banking from any part of the world.

It offers you an easy, hassle free means to avail Banking Services by a few keystrokes on your keyboard. It means that you will not have to go to your bank to avail certain basic Banking facilities.
a. Balance Inquiry.
b. Mini Statement (Last 9 transactions).
c. Detailed Statement of Account.
d. Cheque Book inquiry.
e. Funds Transfer (Self).
f. Funds Transfer (with SMS token facility during beneficiary registration & transaction for third party funds transfer).
g. RTGS/NEFT transactions.
h. Outward cheque status inquiry.
i. E-payment of Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes.
j. Online payment of Maharashtra Sales Tax (VAT)
k. Viewing of Form 26AS by our Internet Banking customers for tax credited under a particular PAN.
l. On line payment of commercial taxes of Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Gujarat, Karnataka and Maharashtra Virtual Treasury.

Net Banking Guidelines :

** It is recommended that customer should avoid using PCs with public access like cyber café for Internet banking.
** Clear your browser’s cache and history after each session so that your account information is removed, especially if you are using a shared computer.
** Configure the browser to not remember passwords
** Disable the “AutoComplete” function in Internet Explorer.

Steps for Auto Complete :
1. Open Internet Explorer and click on “Tools”>> “Internet Options”>> “Content”
2. Under “Personal Information”, click on “AutoComplete”.
3. Uncheck “User names and passwords on forms” and click on “Clear Passwords”.
4. Click “OK”

** The customer should keep his/her ID and password strictly confidential and should not divulge the same to any other person.
** It may not be safe to leave the computer unattended during a valid session, as the session will be disconnected. This might give access to your account information to others.
** Don’t double click any option/button while logged in Internet Banking. Use only single click for all operations .This is done to provide you more security over internet.
** DenaiConnect-Internet Banking password is both personal and confidential. We advise you not to reveal your password to anyone, including Dena Bank personnel.
** Change your Password regularly (once in 15 days).
** Memorize your password and then destroy the Pin-Mailer. Do not write down your password or store it anywhere. Avoid using it when others can observe you
** While entering your Internet Banking ID and Password, please ensure that others cannot see your screen and also you are not being observed from behind
** Change password immediately if you suspect that it has been revealed
** Log off from DenaiConnect after you complete your transactions.
** Customer should protect his/her PC/Mobile Phone/Smart Phone used for internet banking transaction with latest Antivirus Software/Firewall /Anti-Spyware Software/Anti-Phishing Software/other Security Application Software, And should keep it Up-to-date with latest Update.
