United Bank of India offers Tele-Banking Services to its Retail Customers. The IVR (Interactive Voice Response) supports three languages Hindi, English & Bengali. The facility is available for Savings, Current, Cash Credit, Overdraft, Deposit and Loan accounts.

How to Sign Up? :
** Those willing to apply for Telebanking facilities have to fill up the application that can be downloaded from our bank’s portal at www.unitedbankofindia.com and the same has to be submitted to the respective branch, where the account exist
** After two working days of submission of application to branch, you need to call and generate TPIN (Telephone Personal Identification Number) & FTPIN (Financial Telephone Personal Identification Number) on a fly after successful verification by a phone banker.
** Just dial 18003452222 or 033–22428940 with a telephone / Mobile, you will be connected to the main menu
** Upon entering the Banking account section of the system, you will be asked to enter your confidential “TPIN #”
** Then you can obtain access to information on your accounts and statement faxes etc
** Make your Fund Transfers by entering “FTPIN #”
** Anyone can obtain current rates and general information on our products and services
