How To Apply For Employer Accreditation?

The Employers need to apply to Indian Mission/Consulate in their country either online through eMigrate system or offline by submitting physical documents as required by the respective Indian Mission/Consulate.

Only Employers accredited by Indian Missions can apply online for demand approval/permit approval to Indian Missions, for recruiting Indian workers

accreditation :
all Employers in notified countries will be accredited by the Indian Mission in their country, as and when the Indian Mission decides so. Under this process, details of the Employer will be verified by the Indian Mission officials. The Employer will be required to submit a breakup of projected manpower requirement for the next 5 years from the date of applying. This projected manpower requirement when approved by the Indian Mission will be known as the capacity. The Employer will not be able to recruit Emigrants more than the capacity approved.

apply for accreditation :
You will apply for accreditation through the eMigrate system Public Website. Before you start to fill the online application form, please ensure you have a soft copy of the following mandatory documents required for this process :.
** Copy of specimen employment contract
** In case of a company and if operational office country is different from incorporation office country, then a copy of certificate of incorporation, if registered outside the country of operation.

Copy of :
** Registration certificate from Registrar of Companies (RoC) in case of a company.
** Registration certificate from Registrar of Firms (RoF) in case of a partnership.
** Personal identification number in case of individuals.
** in case of a company, a copy of the memorandum of association.
** Copy of letter of authorization.
** In case of a company, a copy of the article of association.
** If registration number to import manpower is available, a copy of the certificate to import manpower.

After you have arranged for the above mandatory documents, please follow the below mentioned steps to apply for accreditation :
** Open the eMigrate Public Website-eMigrate.gov.in in a web browser.
** Go to Project Exporter -> Apply for Accreditation.
** Fill the Employer accreditation form.
** Confirm the data entered or edit to make any changes.
** Submit the signed application form along with the required documents at the respective Indian Mission.
** the Indian Mission processes your application :

Else
If your application is rejected by the Indian Mission, a system generated email will be sent to your email id informing of the rejection.
