How To View CAO Monthly Salary Slips Online?

To view the salary slip online, you have to folloe the steps mentioned below

Step-1: Enter the Emploee Number
Step-2: Enter PAN
Step-3: Select the Month and
Step-4 : Submit “Show Salary Details” button

Note: The Salary Slip for the month of August 2015 will be made available by last week of the month.

Status of Medical Bill :
A single window Medical Cell has been created in CAO’s Office with a view to streamline for providing medical permission and quick processing of medical claims, Medical advance, Credit facility and grant of ex-post facto sanction in respect of AFHQ employees.

To be a centre of Administrative Relief for ailing employees of AFHQ Cadre. To provide Employee friendly facilitation of Medical Permission, Grant of Medical Advance/Credit facilities and Time bound, Hassle free processing of Medical claims to O/o the PCDA (HQ).

Grievances Cell

Grievances Cell is functioning in the office of JS (T) & CAO to deal with the grievances of :
a. AFHQ/Non-AFHQ civlian employees working in Army Headquarters, Naval Headquarters, Air Headquarters and Inter Service organisations (ISOs).

b. Retired AFHQ employees.
c. Dependants of deceased AFHQ employees.
d. Office bearers of recognized Associations.

In addition, the Cell also attends to cases relating to discrepancies in GPF accounts of employees working in Army HQ and ISOs as and when reported by them.

The Office of JS(T) & CAO is a department of the Ministry of Defence that is responsible for the recruitment, training, and administration of civilian employees of the Armed Forces Headquarters and Inter-Service Organisations. The office also provides support to service headquarters in terms of office accommodation, maintenance of buildings, and office contingency TA/DA. The office is also responsible for management and allotment of Defence Pool accommodation.
