RTS Application Flow For Citizen

** Citizen will have to access RTS web portal to avail various RTS services.
** New user hasto register using “Register Me” link from Citizen Service login.

** Registered user will usehis/her login credentials and fill in the application form for service that he/she wants to apply for.
** Once the application form is filled, citizen will upload the required documents where applicable and make the applicable payment if applicable.

** Citizen will be given unique Application No which can be used for further tracking. SMS and Email (where email id has been given) will be sent to Citizen upon successful completion of the service.

** Citizen has to submit/send the hard copies of documents to Municipality concerned department/citizen facilitation center.

** Timeline for delivery of RTS starts once the Designated Officer receives the completed application. That is in case where documents are not applicable; service duration starts from the date of complete application and payment.

In case where documents attachment is applicable, it would start from the day when documents are submitted to Municipality and verified.

** Once the service process is completed, Certificate/ final output as per the applied service will be uploaded in Web Portal by Municipality and Citizen will be notified through SMS and Email (if Email id is provided)

** Citizen can download the final service output by login into RTS Portal.
** Status of application is given on the dashboard of home page of portal.

KDMC Online Payment Refund

In the event there is any claim for/ of charge back by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach KDMC with his/ her claim details and claim refund from KDMC alone. Such refund (if any) shall be effected only by KDMC via online payment gateway or by means of a demand draft or such other means as KDMC deems appropriate. No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event such claim is made it shall not be entertained.

Some Important Information From Comments

Error / Problem:
1. I have made the payment against my Property Tax yesterday. Amount has been deducted from bank account as well but Tech Process Payment Gateway gave an error instead of generating the receipt. This is the same issue I have faced last year also but I was able to locate my receipt in my portal login but this time I’m not able to locate there as well as the portal seems to be upgraded. Please let me know how to generate the receipt.

2. KDMC web site is not working properly. I cant get water bill online. It is always showing retry. Please upgrade the online facility.

3. The website is not loading. Trying for last 20 mins via home and phone internet.

4. The website is showing only SBI as the payment Gateway. How can you pay through HDFC?

5. Modi’s vision of digital India does not work here. They don’t even bother to see whether online facility is working or not.

6. Also provide facility to check payment history, as I have been paying property tax ever year, still KDMC personal informed that I have not paid tax since 3 years.

7. There is no option to print property tax bill as before from KDMC website. Please guide accordingly.
