How to register mobile number :
** The Customer inserts his debit card and has to select “Services” option and enters the debit card pin number.
** On the display screen selects the “More” option.
** On the next screen selects “Mobile Banking” and choose Registration
** Customer is prompted to enter his mobile number and confirm it for registration
** Once his mobile number is entered it is validated by the system and if found valid

How to get m-PIN
:
Upon registration of mobile banking through ATM, customer receives an ATM slip which contains the default passwords i.e. application Password and mPIN for installing the application. The application will prompt the customer to change these passwords on first login itself.

Application :
** Log on to Mobile Banking Application.
** Select option ‘IMPS – Interbank Mobile Payment Service’ in the main menu.
** Select ‘Using MMID’ sub menu and select option ‘Generate OTP’.
** Enter m-PIN.
** The OTP will be displayed on the screen along with its validity amount and time.

How to transfer the funds using IMPS :
** Using application : Customer can transfer funds (within Andhra Bank and to other banks also) using the option Fund Transfer à Other BankàIMPSàQuick IMPS.
** Using SMS Tags : Customer mobile number should be registered with the bank for Mobile Banking and should have the MMID for transferring funds. Customer can transfer funds by SMS.
