How To Use Haryana Reservation E-Ticket System?

** Haryana Online reservation (eTicket) will be available upto 5 hours before the schedule departure of the bus service on Chandigarh-Delhi-Airports-Gurgaon Route.

Boarding of Passengers :
Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers who do not report on time will be termed as “NO-SHOW” passenger and will be denied boarding and not entitled for any refund of the e-Ticket amount.

Haryana Roadways :
reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or owing to any misconduct of behavior/critically ill/stretcher borne which may not be deemed safe for travel.

Photo Identification :
The on-duty Conductor will verify the e-Ticket and photo identity card of the passenger as per the trip-sheet during the journey. Passenger shall present valid e-Ticket (a printout of the e-Ticket on plain paper) along with a valid photo identity card of at least one of the passengers of the group issued by one the government authority (Driving license, student id card, company id card, passport, PAN card or voter id card) otherwise they liable to pay the Standard Fare or they will be denied boarding and not entitled for refund.

Delay and Cancellation of Service :
Haryana Roadways may delay or cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances Haryana Roadways shall either reschedule the journey for travel on the next Haryana Roadways service in the same sector, Subject to availability without any extra charge based on the passenger’s conveyance or enable a full refund of the e-Ticket as paid by the passenger and shall be under no further liability to the passenger. The passenger will have to cancel or reschedule the e-Ticket before the departure of the delayed service else the e-Ticket will become a “NO-SHOW” and will not be entitled to any refund or reschedule.

Jurisdiction :
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chandigarh courts only.

I had booked a ticket in ordinary bus from Gurgaon to Agra for 26th Jan’17 and had cancelled my e-ticket on 25th Jan’17 and after cancellation I had received a notification of amount that is deducted and to be refunded. The ticket cost me Rs.189/- and after cancellation i had received a notification that the amount refunded shall be Rs.166/- but i have still not received the amount.
    Relevant Details : PNR – JAN179841 Trip ID- 170126197, Seat No.-13. Kindly take an appropriate action for the same.

  3. I want to cancel my ticket. When will I get refund?

    1. From the Website:

      The e-Tickets booked through Internet are cancellable. The refunded money is transferred back to the passenger’s credit/Debit card. Cash refund not possible.
