WBDC Renewal of Registration

It is notified for general information that the Online Renewal System of Registration of Registered Dental Personnel under the West Bengal Dental Council will be started w.e.f. 17th February, 2015.

Guidelines For E-Payment Of Renewal Fees :
1. GO TO Council website wbdc.org.in and then SELECT – e-Payment.
2. READ with carefully and ACCEPT the Disclaimer page.
3. SELECT STATE – West Bengal and SELECT INSTITUTIONS – Govt Department.
4. SELECT FROM GOVT DEPARTMENT NAME – West Bengal Dental Council and then SUBMIT.

5. SELECT PAYMENT CATEGORY – (as example for Regn.No.5A) – PART A REGN NO 1 TO 1000 and ENTER PART NO – A and ENTER REGISTRATION NO – 5 and then SUBMIT.

6. Shows the Page with your Data and below the Page for NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, MOBILE NO. – write your name and Date of Birth (as shown in the Page), your mobile no. and the captcha in the specific box (as shown in the page) and then SUBMIT.

7. VERIFY details and confirm this transaction and then CONFIRM.

8. SELECT YOUR PAYMENT MODE by SBI Internet Banking/Other Internet Banking/SBI ATM cum Debit Card/Other Bank Debit Card (card should be of Indian Bank/branch)/All Credit Card (card should be of Indian Bank/branch) and SBI Branch through cheque/cash (cheque should be SBI multicity cheque).

9. AFTER COMPLETING YOUR PAYMENT printing the money receipt and preserve it carefully in your custody. FOR ENDORSEMENT THE REGISTRAR’S SIGNATURE on your Registration Certificate the money receipt must be produced to the Council Office within the period of 03 (three) years.

Terms Used:
Corporate Customer: Firm/Company/Institution (F/C/I) collecting payment from their beneficiaries.

User
: The beneficiary making a payment to F/C/I for the services/goods availed.
Bank shall not be responsible, in any way, for the quality or merchantability of any product/merchandise or any of the services related thereto, whatsoever, offered to the User by the Corporate Customer.

Any disputes regarding the same or delivery of the Service or otherwise will be settled between Corporate Customer and the User and Bank shall not be a party to any such dispute. Any request for refund by the User on any grounds whatsoever should be taken up directly with the Corporate Customer and the Bank will not be concerned with such a request.

Bank takes no responsibility in respect of the services provided and User shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Bank for deficiency in the services provided by the Corporate Customer.

The User shall not publish, display, upload or transmit any information prohibited under Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011.
In case of non-compliance of the terms and conditions of usage by the User, the Bank has the right to immediately terminate the access or usage rights of the User to the computer resource of the Bank and remove the non-compliant information.

Functions of West Bengal Dental Council

Registration of Dental Professionals:
