Check Application Status Online :
1) Login with your User Name and Password
2) Go to Student Account Menu
3) You’ll get all the details and status of your Application
a. Once the application is Approved by MNC you will be able to Print Payment receipt online (Application approval process will take approximate 48 hrs after submission)
4) Students who are applying for Renewal :
a. You will get Renewal Slip and Renewal Form copy online just after allotment process is completed from MNC
b. Students are must attach the renewal slip on the backside of their Registration Certificate
c. And also required to send the Renewal Form (Signed by student) to MNC

MNC Online Payment Process

1) Select online payment option in your New Application Page and Click Submit & Pay.
2) Go to student Account page, check your Application status.
3) Click on Pay online button.
4) You will be then redirected to Bank of Baroda’s Online Payment page.
a. Select appropriate Card type ( you must have either VISA or MASTER card)
b. Enter your Name as mentioned on the card
c. Enter your 3 digit security code as provided on the backside of your card
d. Then the Online portal will guide you for further Payment process
e. After Successful Payment, You will receive a Transaction ID.
f. Please note down this Transaction ID for future reference.

1. How to Create Account on MNC Website?
Creating account for MNC is easy, just follow given steps and your account will be created.
1. go to Official website
2. On website homepage right side there is button “Registration” click on it.

3. On the next page click on “Login” button on right side
4. Then click on “Create New Account” button on bottom of page

5. Select your state. (If you have completed your studies in Maharashtra then select Maharashtra else select Other)
6. If you already have Registration Number then select “Yes” else select “No” and enter your details then click on “Create Account” button.

(Note: When you fill details on form make sure you are entering correct details, like correct E- Mail address and Mobile Number, as your account details will be sent to your E-Mail address.)

2. I am getting message “You have exceeded your maximum attempts for making payment for an application ID. Please re-register again to make payment”
You will get this message if you have tried to make payment and failed for 3 times. In such case you just need to send a mail to MNC and your Token will be reset.

However if you fail to make payment for 1 or 2 times try to change the card or mode of payment. This will avoid blocking of Token. Note : All banks allows maximum 3 trials at a time, and then account gets blocked

3. How to make payment by challan?
Challan Payment is 3 days process.
1. For Challan payment you first need to add yourself to challan list. For this select challan option and click on “Add me to Challan List” button.

2. Once you add yourself to challan list on the second day you will be able to print challan. Print challan from your MNC account and go to nearest SBI branch and pay in Cash against challan.
3. On the next day of challan payment you will receive the Payment Receipt.

4. Payment is debited from my account but i did not get Receipt.
There may some times this happens, in such cases there are two possibilities either you will receive your amount refunded in your account or the amount will be credited in our account.

If amount refund to your account you need to make payment again and if it is not refunded you just need to mail us the Date of Transaction and Token number and you will receive your Payment Receipt on your MNC account.

5. What is Token Number?
Token number is a unique number given for the payment you are making. You can see your payment token number when you select the application for payment.

6. I am getting message “Transaction Rejected by Issuer”
This message is given by payment gateway if your bank is not accepting your card. It may be possible that Online Card Payment facility is not activated on your card.

Functions of MNC
