Students can download the application forms for various examination related certificates, pay the fees online or Through post or personally to the office of the Registrar ( Evaluation ) VTU, Belagavi.

Correction in Marks Card
The Principals are requested to suitably notify the students to check the marks card for name correction, if any, in the First Semester level.
Such requests together with a copy of the examination application form/s duly attested by yourself or whosoever authorized by you, along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 200/- per marks card be forwarded to the office of the Registrar (Evaluation) for further processing.
If marks cards are sent at a later stage for name correction, DD shall necessarily be sent at a rate of Rs. 200/- per marks card. Depending on the genuinity of the cases, the University reserves its rights to return the Demand Draft.
