Welcome To e-RENT User Login
Select Housing:
Select Flat:
Click on GET OTP

In your mobile phone no. registered with Housing Dept. a 6 digit number will be sent automatically.
Please open your SMS In-Box of your said mobile phone and find OTP. Treat this OTP (One Time Password) as confidential.
ENTER YOUR OTP:
SIGN IN –> Click

Now in a new page you can see the up to date status of your flat.
Here you have to select
Period To –> Click Done option

Payment Mode

** Net Banking
** Counter Payment
** Debit Card

You have to select any one of the above mentioned three modes. Net Banking and Debit Card modes are for ON-LINE Payment and COUNTER Payment mode is for deposition of Cash or Cheque in bank.
Then click on Pay Now
Then in a new page click on CONFIRM
Then in a new page click on Name of the Bank you prefer from the list
Then in a new page click on GO TO (Name of preferred bank showing)

For COUNTER Payment Print Challan in 2 copies, go to the bank and pay rent.
** After Payment, submission of copy of e-challan to the office is not required. Web site will be updated automatically.
** If in case of payment through ON-LINE (Net Banking or Debit Card) once failure please wait at least 72 hours for next payment.

NOTE : Online application for the allotment of vacant flats in the first Project at New Town under Akanksha Housing Scheme will start from 12/05/2017

The Department of Housing undertakes various activities mainly relating to the framing and implementation of various Social Housing schemes through the Directorate of Housing and West Bengal Housing Board. Besides, there are two other Directorates under the administrative control of the Housing Department viz. the Estate Directorate and the Brick Production Directorate, responsible mainly for the management of different Government Housing Estates, and, Production & supply of quality bricks at reasonable price respectively. 1. Lalkuti Para Housing, Birbhum, is not showing in the dropdown list when I want to pay my rent online. Please help.

2. Whenever I am trying to pay my pending dues of my flat the online site is blocked with security error “your connection is not private”. Please suggest as soon as possible.

3. Payment online is restricted to select banks. Can we have other bank accounts also to do online transaction of rent payment in WB housing flats?

3) Enter your Flat Number and Tenant ID.
4) Select the Payment Mode. You can pay using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
5) Enter the Payment Details and click on the Pay Now button.
6) You will receive a confirmation message once the payment is successful.

2) Enter your Flat Number and Tenant ID. You can find your Flat Number and Tenant ID on your rent receipt.
3) Select the payment mode. You can pay using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
4) Enter the payment details and click on the “Pay Now” button.
5) You will receive a confirmation message once the payment is successful.

Here are some things to keep in mind when paying rent online through GRIPS:
** You must have a valid net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI account to pay online.
** You must have a printer to print the receipt.
** You must have a scanned copy of your photograph and signature to upload.
