Maharashtra Nursing Council Smart Card

Following are the steps for applying for Smart Card Online. Go through following steps and get Smart Card quickly, its very easy.

Step 1 Smart Card Login
** You will get Smart Card only if you have completed Registration Process and have got Registration Number.
** During registration process you would have got an Unique SUID, User Name and Password. User these details to login in to Smart Card Online Application.

Step 2 Provide authenticated details / Data correction and verification
** Once logged in system will display your Personal details, Address, Educational Qualification. Please verify / correct the Permanent Address and Contact Number.
** Also, please add your Work Experience till date (with all valid documents) and CNE Points if any. And Complete the verification by checking the declaration at the end of the page and click on Proceed.

Step 3 Smart Card Fee Payment
** Once you finish verification and click on Proceed, you will be able to see “Pay Fees” Button at the bottom of the page.
** Please click on it. It will redirect you to Payment Gateway.

Step 4 Work Experience Document Verification by MNC
** MNC will verify all attached Documents and will approve your Smart Card Application.
** MNC can reject your attached documents if found any doubt. you will come to know this by your Application Status. You will have to re-upload them for re-verification.

Step 5 Smart Card Processing
** Once all the documents are verified Smart Card Application will be sent for processing. You will get the SMS alerts during the entire process about your application status.

Step 6 Smart Card delivery at permanent address

** Once Smart C

ard is ready, It will be dispatched by post / courier to your permanent address and POD number will be updated with your status.
** You can track your Smart Card with the help of POD number and post / courier details.

1. How to Create Account on MNC Website?
Creating account for MNC is easy, just follow given steps and your account will be created.
1. go to official website
2. On website homepage right side there is button “Registration” click on it.

3. On the next page click on “Login” button on right side
4. Then click on “Create New Account” button on bottom of page
5. Select your state. (If you have completed your studies in Maharashtra then select Maharashtra else select Other)

6. If you already have Registration Number then select “Yes” else select “No” and enter your details then click on “Create Account” button. (Note: When you fill details on form make sure you are entering correct details, like correct E- Mail address and Mobile Number, as your account details will be sent to your E-Mail address.)

Error / Problem:
1. The payment for the smart card failed at maximum 3 attempts due to some reason and it asks to re-register. When I am trying to re register, its not allowing as it is showing that I am already registered. So how can I proceed? The site is not accepting for re-registration. What should be done next?

2. What is to be done after number of time clicking the ‘PAY NOW’ always come up a TEXT stating that your payment failed, kindly do advice us as early as possible, your prompt reply will be highly solicited.
