How To Pay Tata Power Electricity Bill Online?

Click Pay Your Bill Online link which is available in the top panel of the website. Online payment will be reflected in your account after two working days.

Step 1 : Enter Your CA Number (Eg : 54875965)
Step 2 : Enter Your Email Id (Eg : abcde @ gmail.com)
Step 3 : Type the code from the Image
Step 4 : Accept the terms & conditions
Step 5 : Click Pay Now Button.

Pay by entering Registered Mobile No :
If you are willing to pay by your Mobile No click the link “Pay by entering Registered Mobile No” available in the bill payment page.

Enter your Registered Mobile No & click Get Details Button.

Select respective CANO and click Continue Button.

Now the payment page will be redirected with CA Number & mobile number loaded. Then you can follow the same procedure for payment as described above.

Payment Mode of Tata Power Electricity Bill

Credit/Debit card payments:
** No part payment shall be allowed on credit/debit card online payments.
** The payments through credit/debit cards will be required to be made at least 3 days in advance before due date, so as to avoid late payment surcharge.
** No charges/processing fees shall be charged by Tata Powerfor payment made for electricity bills up to a limit of Rs 5000 during one billing cycle.

** For payments above Rs 5000, the processing fees/charges shall be collected directly by the credit card company/Payment Gateway/Bank etc. from the consumer.
** Making online payment through same credit/debit card are allowed for three contract account nos (CA nos) during one billing cycle.

Net banking Payments:
** There is no payment limit for making payment through Net Banking option. No processing fees/charges shall be collected by Payment Gateway/Bank etc. on such payment from the consumer

Note :
Consumers are advised to deposit Electricity Bill at TPDDL’s Collection counters or pay through TPDDL website in case permanent print impression payment receipt is required

Consumer can walk into any Electricity Bill Payment Centre of Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd. (Tata Power-DDL) to pay their dues.

About the Service :
** There are 22 Tata Power-DDL owned Bill Payment Centers across North and North-West Delhi.
** Bills of all types i.e. Energy, Demand Notes, Theft, Installments etc. are accepted on these centers.

** Payment can be made through Cash, Cheque / DD and Credit / Debit Card.
** Instant receipt is provided to consumers.

** Cash payment can be done up to Rs. 4,000/- for Energy Bill, Energy Installment, Theft bill, Theft Installment and up to Rs. 20,000/- in case of Non-Energy bills (Demand Note).
** Cheque should be drawn in favor of “Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd CA No XXXXXXXXXXX” or “Tata Power-DDL CA NO XXXXXXXXXXX”

** While paying bill through credit/debit card, processing fee is not charged to consumers for payment upto Rs. 5,000/-. For payments above Rs. 5,000/- , consumers have to bear processing charges as applicable, on payable amount.
** Multi bill single cheque and multi-cheque single bill option is available in these machines.

Any Time Payment Machine (ATPM) :
Any Time Payment Machine (ATPM) is a kiosk based collection mechanism which enables payment for extended hours and is attended by operator on duty.

About the Service :
** There are various ATPMs installed at various locations in Tata Power-DDL’s licensed area i.e North & North West Delhi.
** Bills of all types i.e. Energy, Demand Notes, Theft, Installments etc. are accepted on these kiosks.

** Payment can be made through Cash, Cheque / DD and Credit / Debit Card.
** Cash payment can be done up to Rs. 4,000/- for Energy Bill, Energy Installment, Theft bill, Theft Installment and up to Rs. 20,000/- in case of Non-Energy bills (Demand Note).

Herein, consumers can drop their cheques for various utilities like Insurance, Telecom and Electricity.

Drop boxes at AXIS Bank’s ATM/branches :
Consumers can pay their electricity bills through cheques in drop boxes located in different branches of Axis Bank and ATM.
** There are more than 1000+ Axis Bank Branches and ATMs spread in Delhi & NCR.

** Payment made through Axis drop box/branches gets updated in Tata Power-DDL system next day.

** Only energy bill payment can be made through this channel.
