UDAAN Project

** In simple terminology TO Say …..NOW BSNL AT YOUR DOORSTEP
** BSNL has begun a new project called Project Udaan. Now BSNL users can activate LandLine / BroadBand / WLL / WIMAX/ 3G DataCard connection just by a SMS or a phone call.
** Project Udaan offers a very easy and convenient way to apply for a BroadBand/LandLine/WLL/WIMAX/3G Data Card connection. With Project Udaan, users can simply register for a new connection just by sending a simple SMS as shown Below
** simply send SMS the following to 54141 (BSNL mobile)/ 9400054141 (For All Other operators like Airtel,Vodafone,Aircel,TATA,RELIANCE………..etc)

For Login problem (due to OTP) contact your Circle Admin :
# It has been observed that the sms dacility in Udaan is being used to send so many promotional nessage to general pyblic. This causes heavy traffic and hamper sms through Udaan. It may be noted that the said facility is to be used only for communication among Udaan/sales team members only.

# As per our information the FTTH is migrated to CDR in all zones.So the Skip OB option shall be removed for FTTH leads shortly. However if anybody has any issue regarding the same pls convey the same latest by 28 Feb 2015.

Process Flow For Project Udaan :
There are 2 sites for udaan
** First site is MAIN SITE .You should not do pracice on this.You should not create any test leads on this. Because this site will be monitired by circle office as well as corporate office
** Second site is TEST SITE .You can do practice in this site.

Implementation Of Uddan Project :
** Please send the required data in the given format

** For DOTSOFT SSA’s Please run the patch available in DOTSOFT Portal
** For NON DOTSOFT SSA’s (like Trichur ,ccms,coss,citops,..etc) Please prepare 14 column table in your software. Click here to download the format

Some Important Information From Comments

Error / Problem:
1. I applied for broadband connection and received a prelead ID. Now when I check status it shows, “The Lead is not yet created for the Prelead Id 13865014652”. So, How much time it will take to get the connection?

2. I applied for landline BSNL connection online. My lead ID number is 117149666542. How many days, I need to wait? I have to lodge complaint. Please tell me how many days, it will take to receive my pre-lead id.
