Tripura RTI Lodge Your Complaint

The Act provides for filing a First Appeal in case of denial of information by the Public Information Officers with a designated senior Officer of the concerned Department who has been declared as the First Appellate Authority [ FAA ] in the organization.

A second Appeal may be filed with the State Information Commission [Tripura Information Commission] as the case may be, against the Order of the FAA.

Besides, the Act also provides for filing Complaint directly with the Information Commissions in the event of inaction by any public authority Complaints and Appeals may be filed online directly with the Tripura Information commission.
