How To Apply For New/Fresh HPSPC Registration?

Only the candidates residing in the state of Himachal Pradesh are eligible for registration with HPSPC. Candidates are advised to go through the following sections carefully before applying for registration.

Apply Online

Steps :
Step 1 : Visit the official website of HPSPC through provided above.
Step 2 : Read the instructions carefully and click on “Register now” button and you would be directed to the registration page.
Step 3 : Fill the registration form with the required details
Step 4 : After a successful registration, you would receive an automated email and SMS from council.
Step 5 : Post this, you would be asked to come to the council office with the following original copies for further verification and finalization of registration process.

Offline Mode

In addition to the online, the council also provides option to register with the council through offline mode.

Step 1 : For this, please click “Sign up” and follow the instruction, you would be able to download the application form after you have logged in to your profile.

Step 2 : Just print that and submit with the necessary documents highlighted in the application form to the office.

Step 3 : You must send the application through speed post, do not send any original certificate with speed post; you may be required to bring the same during verification.

Documents Required For HPSPC Registration

Following documents are required to apply for New/Fresh HPSPC Registration

** Registration fee to be paid through cash, DD, online (net banking, credit card/debit card)
** Recent passport size photograph: The photograph should be colored and of size 2 inch x 2 inch (51 mm x 51 mm). The photograph should be saved as jpg, jpeg, png format
** Scanned or digital image of your signature as jpg, jpeg, png format
** Identity proof- Aadhaar, driving license, passport, voter id
** Proof for father’s/mother’s name, date of birth – SSLC certificate
