Issuance of duplicate driving Licence :

Duplicate Driving License
A Duplicate license is issued in case of loss, theft, or mutilation. We recommended you to keep the photocopy of your license safe, particulars of license is noted with you so that you may not face troubles in case of loss/theft.

It would be easier to located about your license particulars from the record. If you cannot provided the particulars it is advidable to go ahead for fresh license instead of duplicate of license.

Get a Duplicate Driving Licence :
Office : Contact your Local Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) i.e. S.D.M.

Eligibility :
** You should be conversant about the vehicle systems, driving, traffic rules and regulations.

Document Required :
** The documents required along with permanent driving license application form are as follows

Application form for LLD
** Self declaration certificate.
** Copy of F.I.R. / Old original license
** Residential Certificate (voter card/ passport/ telephone/electricity bill/ ration card etcany two copies.

Procedure
After scrutiny of the documents, the applicant is put through the driving test. For driving test, the applicant has to bring his vehicle with him. He is tested for his driving skills, familiarization with the vehicle, traffic rules & regulations. The applicant is asked about the vehicle system and safety.

Timings :
For public dealing 9 :00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. General office timing 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Fee Details :
** LICENSE FEE SERVICE CHARGE TOTAL FEE
** 100 /- 150 /- 250 /-

Expected Delivery Period :
** 7 working days

Note :
The above fee will be deposited at E-Disha Counter against Cash Reciept

Work Flow Process For Duplicate Driving License :
** Applicant will collect the file, fill upthe form and attach necessary documents as per the checklist.
** Applicant goes to E-Disha Counter for preliminary scrutiny of Documents
** IS FILE OK Applicant goes to fee counter to pay the requisite fee for Duplicate Driving License Applicant goes to photo counter to get a photo
** A computer generated receipt with a unique ID will be given to the applicant with a target Date
** Back End ProcessAfter an average time period of 7 working days, new driving license will be issued

Availability of Form.
** Applicant can download the blank form (or can get a blank file), fill the form manually and will make a complete file.
** Applicant comes to E-Disha centre for getting a complete file i.e. through online filing.
** Applicant can get a complete file using Webenables services with their own Computer.
