SAATHI Scheme

Given the current COVID-19 outbreak, it is important that all hotels, restaurants and other hospitality units take suitable measures to restrict any further transmission of the virus while providing accommodation and other services post lockdown.

To assist the hospitality industry in their preparedness to continue operations safely and mitigate risks arising out of the COVID pandemic, the Ministry of Tourism has partnered with the Quality Council of India, to bring this initiative that entails

Self-Certification

This process will explain the key elements related to preparedness against COVID-19. A Self-Certification will be generated at the end.

Webinar

After undertaking Self-Certification, the key elements of SAATHI will be explained through Webinars. A Certificate of Participation will be issued.

Site-Assessment (Optional):
After Self-Certification units may go for a site/remote assessment which will assess on-ground preparedness and advise opportunities for improvement. A Certificate of Assessment will be issued.

Login / Registration

To proceed, please keep the following ready:
** The Approved/Verified Hotel Cloud Registration Number of the Unit as provided on hotelcloud.nic.in
** The Mobile Number that is associated with the Hotel Cloud Registration. An OTP will be sent on this number.
** The Email ID that is associated with the Hotel Cloud Registration. The same OTP will also be sent on this Email ID.

Hotel Cloud Validation

** Enter Hotel Cloud registration Number of National Database for Accommodation Units(Ministry of Tourism, Government of India)
** In case your unit is not registered in the database, you may register now using this link: hotelcloud.nic.in
** Enter the OTP/SAATHI Code sent on the Email/Mobile number and Submit

Note: An email with SAATHI login details will be sent to the email id provided during registration on Hotel Cloud National Database for Accommodation Units of MoT, GoI

Registration Details

** Registration details of applicant unit validated from National Database for Accommodation Units (MoT, GoI)
** Select whether the unit is with in-house Restaurant or without in-house Restaurant and proceed
** Read the Declaration and Click on “Yes” to continue with the Self-Certification and proceed
** Read the instructions and Click “OK” to proceed

Note:
If your Unit is not registered on the Hotel Cloud, then you may first register on hotelcloud.nic.in, have it approved/verified and then register here.
