** Through the new system, Domestic and Partly commercial consumers can Register for Booking Water Tanker Services by giving their CMC (Consumer Number).
** The consumers who register should not have any arrears of Water Tax & Charges as on date of Registration or booking.
** The consumer has to enter the Mobile number to Register. The mobile number already registered will not be allowed for registration.
** The consumer has to validate the mobile number by entering the One Time Password (OTP) generated by the system and sent through SMS.
** Once validated the consumer will be registered and allowed for Booking a Water Tanker by online payment.

Booking Procedure For Online Payment

** After Registration, the consumer can book a water tanker by entering the Mobile number already registered by validating the One Time Password (OTP) generated by the system and sent to consumer by SMS.
** Consumers should note that the booking is allowed only for a limited quota per day on a first come first serve basis and are advised to keep the payment details of Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking, ready before proceeding.
** According to the Consumer Category (MSB/Non MSB) the different options of booking will be made available to the consumer. Consumer will have the option to choose between next two days and the capacity of tanker.
** The consumer has to click on Pay button to proceed to make online payment.
** Consumer of Multi Storied Buildings (MSB) can book for 9KL, 12KL and 16KL capacity of water tankers according to the availability of tankers and Non Multi Storied Building (NMSB) can book 6KL and 9KL capacity of water tankers.
** The consumer has to ensure that the Payment transaction has to be completed within 15 minutes after clicking the “Pay” button and there after the session will be timed out and the transaction will be aborted, even if the payment is successful, and consumer has to restart the booking process once again.
** In such cases, the amount so debited will be refunded within the next 3 banking days.
** In case the payment queue is full, a message “Payment Queue Already Full” will be displayed.
** The consumer has to keep clicking on “Check Status” button repeatedly to secure another chance for Payment & Booking.
** In the payment mode, the consumer can make payment through Net banking / Debit card / Credit card and has to select the option.

Booking Time Slots & Tariff

The bookings will be open as per the time slots and tariff as given below:

** Consumers should note that once Booking is made, No cancellation is allowed.
** Once the payment is successful, the consumer will get acknowledgement of payment receipt with Booking ID through SMS and also be able to download the receipt.
** On confirmation of booking through the online payment system, any previous booking pending for the consumer will stand cancelled automatically.
** All efforts will be made to ensure that the water is delivered to the consumer on the date for when tanker was booked by the consumer.
** However, in case of any exigency the water could not be delivered due to unavoidable reasons, then, delivery will be arranged within the next three days.
** While booking consumers are requested to note that, the length of Hosepipe available is 40 feet only.
** Once the delivery is scheduled, the consumer will receive SMS with details of Lorry Number, Lorry Driver Mobile Number and a unique PIN number which should be given to the Lorry driver at the time of receipt of delivery only.
** The consumer has to confirm delivery of water received by entering the Mobile number & PIN number already sent by SMS to avail further bookings.
** The consumer will have a provision to view the status of the booking already made by entering the Mobile number and Booking Number.
** The consumer will also have option to resend PIN and download the booking receipt through this option.
** In case the consumer has not received delivery of water after receiving SMS with delivery details, the consumer has to call the CMWSSB call center by dialing 044-45674567 for complaints.
** The consumer will not be able to book a water tanker until 10 days after previous delivery of water for all capacities (6KL/9KL/12KL/16KL) and also if the consumer has not confirmed delivery of water received against booking by entering the PIN number sent by SMS.
** Consumers should make all necessary arrangements to receive delivery on the scheduled date of delivery.
** CMWSSB will make all earnest efforts to contact the consumer before delivery.
** However, in case delivery could not be made due to consumer non availability, the booking will stand cancelled and CMWSSB will not be held responsible for such cases.
