New user to click on the Register option in home page.

Registration Form will be displayed on the screen. Enter the following details to fill the Form.
Steps :
Step 1 : Enter Your E-mail ID * (The eMail ID will be your Registration ID) (Max. Chars 50)
Step 2 : Enter Your First Name *(Max. Chars 20) (Special Characters are not allowed)

Step 4 : Select Your Gender * [male/Female]

Step 1 : Enter Your Address (Max. Chars 200) (Special Characters other than -,/ are not allowed)
Step 2 : Select Your Country * [India]
Step 3 : Select Your State * [Uttrakhand]
Step 4 : Enter Your City * (Max. Chars 20) (Special Characters are not allowed)
Step 5 : Enter Your Pincode (Only 6 Digits)
Step 6 : Select Your Category * [SC/ST/GEN/OBC]
Step 7 : Enter Your Mobile No. * +91 (e.g. 9411122222)

To Recover Password Please provide :
Step 1 : Enter your Hint Question * (Max. Chars 50)
Step 2 : Enter Your Hint Answer *
Step 3 : Enter the Security Code Shown Above
Step 4 : Click on “Save” button.

Conformation message will be displayed on the screen.

Go to the official website click on the Login button on home page.

** Step 1.) From the browser’s Tools menu select “Internet Options”.
** Step 2.) Select the Privacy tab.

** Step 1.) Open the option preferences.
** Step 2.) Select the Content tab.

1. Do I have to pay extra when compared to buying the tickets in the traditional way?
UTC does not charge anything extra when compared to the traditional way. The tickets are absolutely at the same cost only payment gateway charges will be extra.

2. I’ve lost my ticket what do I do now?
A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked the ticket. Please take a printout of that mail and produce it at the time of boarding.

If you have not received your ticket to the mail ID you provided, we have flexibility that you will receive a message directly to your mobile from UTC immediately after booking ticket, you can give the PNR Number in website and you can take a printout.

3. Can I cancel the ticket?
Yes. The tickets booked through UTC online can be cancelled*. Money is transferred back to the passenger’s Credit/Debit card account/ Net banking account. 4. I don’t have a credit can I still buy tickets at UTC?
Yes. You don’t necessarily need to have a Credit card to buy tickets on UTC. You can buy tickets through Debit Card or Net Banking also.

5. I missed the bus. Do I get refund?
UTC provides 100% refund if the bus is cancelled due to UTC. However, if the bus is missed due to any other reasons not directly related to UTC it does not provide any refund.

While booking the ticket online due to technical glitch, my ticket got cancelled and money also got deducted from my account. I paid trough UPI app. After calling the UKTCP, they said it will refund in one week but, I have waited more then a month. Still I haven’t received my money. Kindly help me out.
