** If you do not receive your Axis Bank Credit Card/ Statement on the scheduled date, call the bank immediately.
** Keep track of your Credit Card expiry date.
** Incase of non-receipt; please ensure with the Bank that the dispatch is being done to your correct mailing address.

Comments:
I applied for credit card. After the verification call, I received a SMS from Axis bank having the application ID. After a week, when I started tracking the status of same through their call centre, then the representative says that, they do not have any record with this Application ID (same as shown online). It looks like that the bank itself is not matured to maintain and track the applications or they are just collecting the critical personal information from people for some purpose and running away. Sending a fake SMS with some application ID’s this is a serious concern and need to be reported to some legal agency.
