How To Pay Axis Bank Credit Card Bill?

Pay your Credit Card bills online through Axis Bank Internet Banking from your Axis Bank Savings account.

All you have to do is :
Log on to Axis Bank Internet Banking
Go to Credit Card>Balance and payments
Select Card Type
Select the Credit Card number
Select the Account to be debited
Enter the amount you wish to pay
Select Bank Name
Click on pay now button.

Axis Bank Internet Banking Registration

** Log on to Axis Bank Internet Banking
** Go to Accounts > Pay Bill Option

** Click on Add New Biller and register selecting Category “Credit Cards” and select the biller “Axis Bank Credit Card – Directpay”
** Enter the Biller details as Nick name and Credit card no. then Click on Fetch button to verify the Card holder name
** Verify the details by entering the Netsecure code which has been received through SMS and Click on “Add” button
** After successful registration of New Biller the details will be reflecting in the “Registered biller “and “Direct pay” option

Axis Bank Internet Banking Payment

** Log on to Axis Bank Internet Banking
** Go to Accounts > Pay Bill Option
** In”Direct Pay” option select the active Registered Biller and Click on “Pay Now”
** Two Options show on the screen
–>One Time Payment
–>Repetitive Payment

On Selecting One Time Payment :
Enter the Payment Amount and Click on Make Hot payment check box, funds will be debited Instantly and credited to Credit Card on Real Time.

On Selecting Repetitive Payment :
Select the Payment Amount and frequency (Weekly, Monthly, Annual payment etc.) to debit the funds on repetitive schedule basis on a particular day as per the number of payments mentioned in the field.

Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) :
You can enroll for ECS facility and pay your Axis Bank Credit Card bill from any other Bank account. Please download the ECS forms (both Part A and Part B) and send the completely filled forms to the address mentioned on the form.

National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) :
With the NEFT facility, you can pay your Credit Card bills online from any other bank account.

All you need to do is :
** Login to the Internet Banking facility of your desired bank account and select its National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) option.
** Enter the following information correctly while transferring funds to make your Credit Card bill payment using NEFT facility :
** Beneficiary Name Name as on Credit Card
** Beneficiary Bank Name Axis Bank
** Beneficiary Branch Name Mumbai
** Beneficiary Account Number Your 16 digit Credit Card number
** IFSC Code UTIB0000400

Visa Money Transfer :
You can also make your payment using Visa Money Transfer, which lets you use your Net Banking facility or your Visa Debit Card to make your payment. Contact your bank’s Customer Service to know more about how you can use this service

Steps for Mobile Payments
** Log in to your Mobile Payments
** In Accounts option – Click on the Credit Card Number and Amount TAB which shall take you to Credit Card Summary page
** Click on Pay Last Bill option on Credit Card Summary Page.
** Enter the Amount which you want to pay and click Continue which shall take you to Confirmation Page.
** Click on Confirm button once you have checked the details are correct.
** Prompts for Mobile PIN, Enter your Mobile PIN you get payment confirmation Success.

IMPS(Immediate Payment Service) :
A tap on your mobile screen is all that it’ll take to pay your Credit Card bill. IMPS, an easy mode of payment makes it convenient for you to pay your bills on the go, through your bank’s mobile application.

Steps for IMPS usage :
** Download and log in to your mobile banking application. To know more click here
** Post login – In transfer feature enter the details as given below in IMPS Payment Option
** Merchant Details (P2M)
** Mobile No. 9619919900 (Unique and dedicated No. to be used for Axis Bank Credit Card payment)
** MMID-9211400 (Unique and dedicated MMID No.)

Offline Payment Options

Cheque/Draft :
Choose the amount you would like to pay and simply draw the cheque/draft in favour of “Axis Bank Card No. (16-digit Credit Card Number)” and drop the cheque at any Axis Bank Branch. In Mumbai, you can also drop cheques in any of the MINC bill boxes.

Please ensure that :
** The cheque is dropped in at least 5 days before your due date.
** The cheque is drawn on a local bank.
** The cheque is not post-dated.

Now pay your Credit Card bills using your Axis Bank ATM/Debit card at any Axis Bank ATM :
** Insert your Axis Bank ATM/Debit card at any Axis Bank ATM
** Select Other Services Option
** Select Bill Payment option within other services
** Enter your Credit Card number twice
** Once your card has been validated, you will see the Total Amount Due and Minimum Amount Due on the ATM screen
** Enter the amount you want to pay
** The a/c linked to the ATM Card will get debited & the equivalent amount will be credited into the Customer’s Credit card a/c

Some Important Information From Comments

Error / Problem:
1. I am trying last one week for my Credit card statement but, there is no statement showing. My Credit card number is 4514560003209XXX. So, I requested you to please send me credit card statement. Please do the needful.

2. My credit card number is 530562020251XXX. I paid my due from my account but, twice time amount is deducted from my account why! Please tell me.

3. They said that, I will get credit card in 7 working days. It’s been 30 days now. My application status is still pending.
