How To Apply?

The applicant who wants to apply for issue of patta copy / settlement extract shall submit the e-form duly filled-in. He/she shall state true facts in the application. Follow below instructions to access the application,
** Click on Services and Forms on the portal.
** Select Revenue Department.
** List of all services under the department will be displayed. Depending on the method of submission, click one of the links displayed under Action.
** Acknowledgement with a unique acknowledgment number will be provided.
** Using the unique registration number, the applicant can check the status of the application on the state portal.
** Once the status is complete the user has to meet the concerned department person along with the required original documents and collect the certificate from the department person.

** Sale Deed.
** Layout.
** General Power Deed.
** Partition Deed.

** Any other required documents.

5) You will receive an email with a link to download your patta copy.

Offline:
1) Visit the Directorate of Survey and Land Records: https://puducherry-dt.gov.in/dte-of-survey-and-land-records/ office.
2) Fill out the application form.
3) Attach the required documents.
4) Pay the application fee.
5) Your patta copy will be issued within 15 working days.
