Adijambava Karnataka Land Ownership Scheme
The purpose of implementation of this scheme is to make landless poor farmers and agricultural labourers who belong to madiga and its related communities a land owners.
Related / Similar Scheme : Karnataka Adijambava Micro Credit Scheme
Assistance of both loan and subsidy will be provided for the purchase of land of two acres in-case of Dry Land or One acre in-case of Wet Land within the distance of ten kms from the residing place of the farmer.
Unit Cost
Between Rs.15 Lakhs to 20 Lakhs
Features
** Providing subsidy for unemployed men and women.
** 70% subsidy, up to maximum of Rs. 3.50 Lakhs.
** Subsidy for land acquisition for landless farmers.
** The unit cost of land ownership plan is Rs. Rs 15.00 lakhs from Rs. 20.00 lakh.
Common Eligibility
** Applicant must belong to Madiga and its related community and a resident of Karnataka state
** Applicant shall be in the age group of 18 to 60 years.
** No member of the applicant’s family shall be in employment in any Govt./Semi Govt. department/organization.

Conditions
** Beneficiaries must be selected by the Selection Committee.
** Shouldn’t be a defaulter of any banks.
** Annual income of the applicant’s family shall be within the limit of Rs.1.50 lakhs in case of rural areas and Rs. 2.00 lakhs in case of urban areas.
** Application will be rejected, if he/she found to be ineligible during the process of selection.

All the schemes that are implemented through the Ambedkar Development Corporation under social welfare department will also be implemented through the Adijambava Development Corporation exclusively for the betterment of Madiga and its related communities.
