System generates e-pass for the staff of registered establishments. This e-pass has QR code which can be authenticated by Railway / Bus authority.

How To Register Universal Travel Pass Establishment?

Follow the below steps for Maharashtra Universal Travel Pass Establishment Registration

** Visit https://web.archive.org/web/20220903024803/https://epassmsdma.mahait.org/login.htm
** To start with establishment must register on the system. This is one time Activity.
** While registering, every establishment must provide Single point of contact ( called coordinator) to administer the establishment information.
** This person is responsible for correct information and must approve disclaimer for the same.
** Establishment will be approved by Disaster Management authority in district.
** On approval, Coordinator can create multiple coordinators for his establishment.
** Coordinator can upload the staff details using CSV template provided on website.
** After uploading staff information from CSV sheet, staff member will get SMS to download Travel Pass from website.
** Staff members can go to website and click on “Download Travel Pass”.
** Next, he/she must enter mobile number to get OTP. Then he/she must enter the OTP and upload self photograph.
** Please note photo can be uploaded one time only.
** Staff members will save/print image of e-pass for future reference.

1) Go to the Universal Travel Pass (UTP) website: https://epassmsdma.mahait.org/
2) Click on the “Register” tab.
3) Enter your establishment details such as your name, address, and contact information.
4) Enter your PAN number and GST number.
5) Upload a scanned copy of your establishment registration certificate.
6) Upload a scanned copy of your PAN card.
7) Upload a scanned copy of your GST number.
8) Click on the “Register” button.
9) You will receive a confirmation email.
10) Click on the link in the confirmation email to activate your account.
11) Once your account is activated, you can log in and download your Universal Travel Pass.
