** Go to ‘Orders’ section
** Tap on the relevant Order
** Click on ‘Track’
** Click on ‘Open Courier Link’

You can also share the Tracking number or link with your customer through WhatsApp share button.

Note: In case delivery executive has collected extra amount than the order value OR the order is marked delivered but your customer did not receive it, please give us a call or drop an email within 24 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained.

How is the shipping rate calculated?
The shipping charges are calculated on basis of the zone of the shipment and the total weight of the products in your cart. To know more about the exact cost for shipping follow these steps: – Select the product for which you want to check the shipping rates – Select ‘Check Shipping’ option under the Suppliers section – Put your customers pincode and select ‘Check’ option – You will get the exact cost for shipping If you are not sure about your potential customers exact location then check the ‘Rates table’ option where you will find shipping rates across India.

What is the duration of the shipment?
Most of the orders are shipped by the suppliers between 2-3 days, once the order is confirmed. However, as a reseller, you can mention 4-5 days to your customer.

What happens if a customer does not accept the order at the time of delivery?
In this case when an end customer doesn’t accept the order, the order gets cancelled and returned back to the supplier. There will be no cancellation. However, this order won’t be counted for weekly bonus program as it got cancelled.

Can I specify or change the delivery date?
No, you cannot change the shipment time or get it delivered on a certain date. The dispatch time for each product is mentioned on the app.

How do I change the address after the order is placed?
Reach out to us through chat option and we’ll help you change the address if the order hasn’t been verified. But if it has been verified then the address cannot be changed. In such a case, you can cancel the order and place a new order. You’ll not incur any cancellation fee.

Can I pick up the shipment from Meesho’s office or hub?
No, there is no pick-up hub. The order will be delivered to the address that you mentioned while placing the order.

Can I cancel an order after it has been shipped?
No, you cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. However, if it is absolutely necessary to cancel the order you can ask your customer to not accept the order at the time when it is delivered. The order will be automatically cancelled and no cancellation fee will apply. Although, this order will not be counted in your bonus plan.

Will I be charged if I cancel an order?
No, you will not be charged if you cancel an order. It is absolutely free of cost and there will be no cancellation charges. However, the cancelled order will not be counted in your bonus plan.
