Ans- Avon coupon codes and discounts are issued as per the current campaign run of the month. In order to use the coupon codes or discount facility provided by Avon you need to fulfill the required terms & conditions pertaining to coupon codes and discounts respectively. Do remember, coupon code must be applied manually before placing the order. Once the order is placed, coupon code cannot be applied.

Q1- How to place an order from Avon Shop?
Ans- You can place your order in a few simple steps
** Sign in to your Avon Shop account by clicking on to the ‘Customer Login/ Registration’ button on the top right corner
** Click the ‘Add to bag’ button on the products you wish to purchase. They will be automatically added to your shopping bag
** Go to your shopping cart (at the top right corner) and click the ‘Checkout’ button
** If you wish to modify your order, click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button else click the ‘Go to Checkout’ button
** Verify your order details like Name, address, mobile no. etc.
** If you wish to change the delivery address, click the ‘Change’ button under delivery section and add/ select the new delivery address
** Select the Payment method you wish to make the payment for your order
** Tick() on the check boxes and click the button ‘Place Order’
** Once the order is placed, you will see order confirmation page with the details of your order. You will also receive an email on your registered email id as confirmation to your order

All the applicable coupon codes must be applied manually before placing the order. Once the order is placed, coupon codes cannot be applied.

Q2- Can I buy multiple products in single order?
Ans- Yes, just add all the products you wish to purchase onto your shopping bag and then click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. By ordering multiple products at once, you can also save on any additional shipping and COD charges!

Q3- Can I change the product quantity at proceed to checkout?
Ans- Yes, you can add/remove the products from your shopping bag at the time of proceed to checkout. Just add/remove the products as per your requirement and click update the bag and then click proceed to checkout to place your order.
