Step 1- Create an Account:
Click on to the Customer Login/ Registration tab on the top right corner and enter the following details in the registration form

** Email Address
** Password (use between 6 and 18 characters and a combination of numbers and/or letters)
** Your first and last name
** Delivery address
** Tick on the check boxes and click submit

You will receive an email notification to verify your account. Check the spam folder in case you do not find it in your inbox. Once you receive the email, click ‘verify your account’ button to complete the process

Step 2- Select the Product:
Select the desired product and press the “Add to Bag” button. They will be automatically added to your shopping bag. Now, you can continue shopping to add other products to the bag

Step 3: Go to your Shopping Bag:
Go to your shopping bag and click the ‘Go to checkout’ button. If you wish to modify your order, click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button to add/remove products from your bag

Step 4- Place your Order:
Verify the required fields for the delivery address and select the delivery method. Tick on the check boxes and click ‘Place an order’. Congrats! You have successfully ordered from Avon Shop.

Note:
In case you wish to return a product, please refer to our Return and Replacement policy and follow the mentioned process to initiate the return. Please keep in mind, return can only be initiated if you meet the pre-defined criteria’s for it.

Avon Returns & Replacement Policy

Avon offers return or replacement of products that can be initiated within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

Returns/replacements are accepted only in case of:
** Defects,
** Damages during delivery,
** Missing products, or
** Wrong products delivered
** Returns/replacements are accepted for unused products only
** Kindly ensure the product is in its original condition with tags attached.
** The maximum product quantity allowed for returns or replacement is the quantity invoiced
** In case there is a delay in delivery beyond the timeline stipulated in Delivery and Shipping Policy, there shall be an option to cancel / return the order.
** Cost of return shipping is not applicable.
