PONGROW is a dynamic web application for the department of Pondicherry Groundwater Authority. It facilitates various pre-defined services for Sinking of well/Transportation of Groundwater to wide range of users such as industrial units, institutions and other entities which are consumer of groundwater.

The main objective of the project is an online application that would serve the PGWA, to have regulatory mechanism or system that assist in prescribing threshold limits and compliance with rules & guidelines to which groundwater could be drawn from natural resources. This application provides information that would ensure there is no over drawing of ground water by any Industries/Institutions beyond the permitted level.
