Will all the semester/year mark sheets be accepted by the University instead of consolidated mark sheet?
If the applicant is not issued with a consolidated mark sheet, only individual mark sheets are accepted. Note: Uploading consolidated mark sheet is necessary, if it has been issued by the University.

As of now, there is no provision of sending the sealed transcripts to home address. The Transcripts will be emailed directly to the recipient university/ consulate.

How can I Track my Application?
Progress of the application should be tracked by the applicant through the status bar. Go to the official website Login Dashboard My Applications Status Bar

What is the estimated time taken for getting the Transcripts?
Expected duration for completion of the process shall tentatively be 15 working days from the date of acceptance of the application. IThis is however contingent to college confirmation. After the college confirmation, applications will be processed in 3 working days.

How to make online payment for Transcripts?
On completion of the application details, one shall be redirected to the payment gateway for furtherance of the process where applicant may choose from varied payment options like Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking or wallets etc.

How to cancel an application?
Once an application is made, it cannot be withdrawn / cancelled. No refund will be initiated under any circumstances. You may choose to leave your application unattended and within 6 months’ duration, it shall automatically expire.

To apply for a University of Mumbai attested transcript online, follow these steps:

Step 1: Register
1. Go to the Mumbai University eTranscript website: https://mu.etranscript.in/
2. Click on the “Register” button.
3. Enter your personal information, including your name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
4. Create a password and confirm it.
5. Click on the “Register” button.

Step 2: Update your information
1. Log in to your eTranscript account.
2. Click on the “Update Information” tab.
3. Update your personal information, if necessary.
4. Enter your educational information, including your enrollment number, year of passing, and college name.
5. Click on the “Update” button.

Step 3: Upload your documents
1. Click on the “Upload Documents” tab.
2. Upload your bachelor’s and master’s marksheets.
3. Upload your bachelor’s and master’s transcripts and convocation certificate.
4. Click on the “Upload” button.

Step 4: Select the purpose of attestation
1. Click on the “Select Purpose” tab.
2. Select the purpose of attestation from the drop-down menu.
3. Enter the details of the concerned officials.
4. Click on the “Submit” button.

Step 5: Pay the fees
1. Click on the “Payment” tab.
2. Select the payment mode and enter the required information.
3. Click on the “Pay” button.

Step 6: Track your application
1. Click on the “Track Application” tab.
2. Enter your application number.
3. Click on the “Track” button.

Your application will be processed within 15 working days. You will receive an email notification when your attested transcripts are ready. You can then download them from your eTranscript account.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:
** The file size of each document should not exceed 7MB.
** You can upload multiple transcripts and convocation certificates.
** You can track the status of your application online.
