How To Apply For AHSEC Migration Certificate?

Steps:
** Go to the link https://sewasetu.assam.gov.in/site/service-apply/migration-certificate-ahsec
** If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
** Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
** After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
** Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
** After successful submission of the form, an acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no. .The application is then forwarded to higher officials for further processes. The same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
** An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.
** In case, if there are any discrepancies or mismatch found in the online application, the applicant needs to makes the necessary corrections in the online application or has to apply through a fresh online application. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email id by the concerned official.
** After successful submission of documents, the Certiciate will be generated and the applicant can download it from the ARTPS portal. The same will be notified to the applicant over SMS and Email.

Supporting Documents For AHSEC Migration Certificate

** Passport size photograph.
** Applicant Signature.
** HS Registration Certificate.
** HS Final Year Marksheet.

Fees For AHSEC Migration Certificate

** Service charge (through PFC/CSC) – Rs. 30.
** Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) – Rs. 10 per page.
** Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) – Rs. 5 per page.
** Convenience fee – Rs. 10
** User charge – Rs.600/- (Non-refundable)

Additional Simplified Procedure

There are two ways to apply for an AHSEC Migration Certificate:

Online:
** Register or Login: Visit the Sewa Setu Assam portal (https://sewasetu.assam.gov.in/) and register as a new user if you haven’t already. Otherwise, log in with your existing credentials.
** Apply Online: Click on the “Apply Online” tab and select “Issuance of Migration Certificate, AHSEC” from the list of services.
** Review Requirements: Carefully read the instructions and required documents listed on the page.
** Fill and Submit Application: Fill out the online application form accurately, upload the necessary documents (mentioned below), and submit the application.
** Pay Fee: Pay the online fee of Rs. 500 using the available payment options.
** Track Status: You can track the status of your application by clicking on the “Track” button and entering your application reference number.

Offline:
** Download Form: Download the application form for Migration Certificate from the AHSEC website (https://sewasetu.assam.gov.in/site/service-apply/migration-certificate-ahsec).
** Fill and Sign: Fill out the form with your details, sign it, and get it countersigned by the Head of the Institution you are currently studying in.
** Submit Documents: Submit the completed form along with the required documents (mentioned below) to the Dispatch Branch of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC), Bamunimaidam, Guwahati-781021, Assam. You can submit them either in person or by post.

Required Documents:
** Original Registration Certificate issued by AHSEC (surrender for online application)
** Self-addressed stamped envelope (Registered/Speed Post preferred)
** Photocopy of the last Mark Sheet/Pass Certificate
** Any other relevant documents (optional)

Additional Notes:
** The fee for application submitted after 6-10 years of passing the H.S. Examination is Rs. 500 per student.
** Processing time for online applications might be faster.
