How To Apply For Arrear Salary in Assam?

Employees under Directorate of Secondary Education, Assam may apply for arrear salary to the following branches as per the matter related to the case.

Documents Required For Arrear Salary

All arrear salary proposal should be submitted as per format of Finance (Bt) Department’s guideline along with the following necessary documents:-

** Statement of to-be drawn already-drawan
** Non Drawal Certificate from concerned Treasury
** Specific Reason for non-drawal of arrear salary with supporting documents.
** DDO’s certificate declaring the incumbent was working in valid sanction post or not for the period in question of arrear.

The following formats are to submitted along with the arrear proposal:

Additional Simplified Procedure

Here’s the information on how to apply for Madhyamik Arrear Salary in Assam:

Eligibility:
This process applies only to employees under the Directorate of Secondary Education, Assam.

Application Process:
There are two main options for applying:

1. Offline:
1. Download the form: Go to the Madhyamik Assam website (http://madhyamik.assam.gov.in/) and navigate to “How do I?” > “Apply for Arrear Salary?”. Download the “Format for Arrear Salary.pdf” form.

2. Fill out the form: Complete the form with the required details, including:
** The amount of arrear claimed.
** A statement of “to-be drawn already-drawn” arrears.
** A “Non Drawal Certificate” from the concerned treasury.
** Specific reason for non-drawal of arrear salary with supporting documents.
** A certificate from the Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO) stating your employment status during the period for which arrears are claimed.

3. Submit the form: Submit the completed form with all the required documents to the appropriate authority as per your case:
** For anomalies/revisions in pay scales: Submit to the Director of Secondary Education, Assam.
** For court cases: Submit to the concerned court through your lawyer.
** For other cases: Submit to the Head of your institution/office.

2. Online (if available):
Check the Madhyamik Assam website for any online application facility for arrear salary. Currently, as of February 19, 2024, there doesn’t seem to be an online option available.

** The processing time for arrear salary applications can vary.
