  The owner of Eye Hospital is not a Doctor, whether registration can be done in his name. He has employed qualified Doctors & Surgeon in the eye hospital. Apart from owner details, Permanent Surgeon details also to be incorporated and his copies of MMBS & MS degree certificates to be uploaded at the time of registration. Please guide me.

  • Please go to your dho office. Ther you have to fill an application of renewal and a challan of 500 or 1000 amount and give it there and get your reference copy. Later they will send you renew certificate.

• I have submitted my application online vide my Establishment ID : 989 on 27-04-2015 for renewal of Registration to Deputy Commissioner, Dharwad Dist.(Karnataka medical establishment authority Chair person)through District Health & Family Welfare Officer,Dharwad (Karnataka medical establishment authority Member Secretary. It's disheartening & disgusting to share that till date the said application is not successfully processed and am yet to receive Certificate Of Registration from the concerned Authorities. Hope the concerned higher ups look into the matter and do the needful without further delay.

  • How do you pay the fees? DD has been asked. Is it supposed to be sent by Speed post?

    • Whether can I know how much fee to be paid for application?
      Yes, it is available. After Login to the Portal on left side of the menu bar there is an option “To Know the Fee”. Click on that option & select the Establishment type , Category & Sub Category
