How To Verify eStamp in Madhya Pradesh?
E-Stamp view and verification is available on the portal of MPIGR. Through the system the user is able to view and verify the stamp based on the eStamp code. Only “estamp Code” is required. like. 01010510122021015955.

What is E-Stamp?
E-stamp or electronic stamp means an electronically generated impression on paper to denote the payment of stamp duty or such other amount that would have otherwise been paid as an impressed or adhesive or franked stamp, issued from the Electronic Stamping System.

What is the significance of e-stamp code?
For the documents which are compulsorily registerable e-stamp is not printable before registration completion. It get’s printed on the final document after registration. E-stamp code is generated by the system on payment of Stamp Duty and its realization in Government account. With the reference of this e-stamp code applicant can view information regarding amount paid, party details, particulars of transaction.
What information is contained in the e-stamp generated by the system?
Each e-stamp bears:
** A Serial Number / Unique Identification Number, to ensure that it can not be re-used,
** The date and time of issuance and amount of stamp duty in words and figures,
** The name and address of the purchaser and of the parties to the document
** A brief description of the property or the contents being the subject matter of the document,
** The user ID and Code of the Service Provider / Authorised Officer issuing the e-stamp,
** Digital Signature / Seal of the e-stamp issuing Service Provider/ Authorised Officer and Bar Code / Security Code etc,
** Any security feature or other details specified by the Inspector General of Registration.
How to get information about Stamps duty chargeable on any document?
On the departmental website www.mpigr.gov you can see Schedule-1A in which information about document wise fee payable is mentioned.
Is any service provider able to print stamps for mandatory registerable documents through SAMPADA?
No, the Service Provider can print stamps only for optional documents (for which registration is not mandatory) and documents not submitted for registration. For this digital signature of the service provider will be mandatory. For compulsorily registerable documents, the service provider can generate the stamp code only.
Can property details be amended after payment of stamp duty?
No.
Can SAMPADA be accessed from any Internet connection?
External users can access the SAMPADA through any Internet connection.
Can a deed draft be reused again?
The deed draft can be re-used after drafting the deed using the ‘Create Deed’ option, by using ‘Derive Deed, option which generates a new deed, in which you can modify.
