How to Make a Payment Online?

There are 2 options:
1) For Quick Payment:
User needs to click on “Online Payment”. No Registration is required. Registered Users can also avail this Facility

2) For Registered Users:
The User to click on Account Summary -> Pay Bill. Select the Account ID and proceed

Account ID:
Account ID is a system generated unique ID mapped to the existing RR No (RR No is the power supply connection number painted on the meter board). This is available in the monthly electricity bills.

Advance Bill Payment :
Advance Bill Payment Option is Available. Please enter the desired Amount in the Free Text Field.

How to get Payment Receipt online?:
A Printable Acknowledgement would be available on completion of Payment.

How to check my Historic Bill details?:
The Historic Bill details can be obtained by visiting My Account -> Billing and Payment History.

FAQ On BESCOM Online Payment

1. What will happen if the ASD payment is not paid?
If a Consumer fails to pay the Security Deposit demanded, ESCOM shall disconnect the power supply to the installation without further notice. Any arrears due on this account shall be deemed to be arrears of electricity charges.

2. What are the modes of payment available to make ASD payment?
ASD shall be paid in the form of cash/demand draft/e-payments via Debit card/Credit Card/Net Banking through ESCOM website.

3. What are the payment channels available to make ASD payment?
ASD payment can be made at ESCOM cash counters/Any Time Payment (ATP) Counters/Karnataka One counters and online through ESCOM website.

4. Is there any interest payable to the consumers on the deposits?
Yes. The Licensee shall pay interest on Security Deposit (ISD, ASD & Meter Security Deposit) of the Consumer as specified under K.E.R.C. (Interest on Security Deposit) Regulations, 2005.

5. What is the procedure to get the refund of the deposits paid?
The Licensee, on termination of the agreement by either party will refund security deposits (if any) after adjustment of dues, if any, within two months from the date of termination failing which interest at 1 % per month shall be payable on the deposits for the actual days of delay.

6. Can I map multiple Account IDs with my User ID?
Please contact the Centralized Customer Care center along with the account numbers.

1. I made online payment of about Rs.1534 but no receipt generated whereas my account has been debited and BESOM gateway message for receiving payment was received by me in email. I had this problem before also. Why are receipts generated when BESOM receives payments?

2. I have paid my electricity bill through Airtel money. My consumer number is 1HH27770. Amount is Rs.1116. I paid it on 14.09.16. Transaction ID is 6777320553. Please check and let me know. I got the bill this month and Rs.1116 amount is added in to it.

  1. I have mistakenly paid for another bill. How shall I get back the payment?

    1. The Historic Bill details can be obtained by visiting My Account -> Billing and Payment History.

  2. On 20/7/2017 by 6.30 pm, I paid my bescom bill through debit card but amount deducted from account, not paid in bescom bill.
    My RR number is 9955268000, reference number is 13035788 and reference code is 13499226.

  3. My A/C number is 0712126000. I did not received November and December month bill. It was noted by visiting respected Bescom. But Billing amount is more than what usually received monthly i.e., November 10520 and and December 7329.
    Hence you are requested to clarify the reason please.

    I need to know what is the total Security Deposit against my account number.

    My account id is AEH15967. I have paid the last bill on line on 30th July 2016 for Rs.1324. The current bill is for Rs.2393. Does this bill include last month’s bill (Rs.1324) which I have already paid, which means I pay only the difference?
