How To Pay MIDC Water Bill Online?

Just follow the simple steps mentioned below to pay the MIDC water bill online

Steps:
Step-1 : Go to the link https://services.midcindia.org/midc_eBillPay/payment.aspx

Step-2 : Once you are on the Online Water Bill Payment window of MIDC, kindly enter your consumer number as printed on water bill and click the “Pay Online” Button.

Step-3 : You will be redirected to the payment page. On this page, select ‘NEFT/RTGS’ option and then click on the option of ‘Generate e-Challan’.

Step-4 : E-Challan will be generated, download/ print the e-Challan.

a) You can visit your bank with the copy of e-Challan and make the payment as per details mentioned on the challan without changing the amount mentioned on the challan.

b) Or transfer the funds by adding ‘Add Payee’ the account mentioned in the e-Challan to you bank portal.

Additional Charges For MIDC Water Bill Payment

a) Debit card can be used for payment amount upto Rs. 2000 only. For payment amount above Rs 2000, please use NEFT/RTGS/Net Banking online mode.

b) Transaction fee will be levied on the payments made using Netbanking, NEFT/RTGS, Debit Card and Credit Card by the payment aggregator (BillDesk)

Note:
** Online MIDC water bill payment can be done from 10:00 Hrs to 23:30 Hrs
** Bills can be paid online, even after due date.
** Partial Payment facility is not available in online payment.
** The Consumer Number is printed on the Water Bill. Please use the same Consumer Number on this portal.

Important Points To Note:
** This e-Challan is for one time use only. Kindly make the NEFT/ RTGS payment against the generated e-Challan by visiting your bank at least 04 bank working days prior to your Bill Due Date.
** In case a transaction is not made in 04 bank working days prior to the Bill Due Date, customer will be liable to bear Delay Payment Charges (DPC) for delayed payment of their Bill due to non-reconciliation from payment gateway.
** Please enter the exact amount as displayed in the e-Challan while making the NEFT/ RTGS payment at your bank.
** The total amount as displayed in the e-Challan includes bill amount plus NEFT/ RTGS transaction charges. Please do not round off the amount to be paid.
** In case a transaction is made lesser or higher than the amount mentioned in the e-Challan the NEFT/ RTGS will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded back to your respective bank account.
** In such a case payment updation will not happen at the Merchant’s end and customer will be liable to bear Delay Payment Charges (DPC) for non-payment of his Bill.
** In case, you wish to make another payment, then you may please re-generate a fresh e-Challan and make the next payment
** This e-Challan shall be valid for 02 days only from the date of generation.
** Kindly note that the payment received from your bank after 5 days from Date of Transaction, will be refunded back to you.
